I don't usually write reviews, but the Koi Footwear company's staff was extremely helpful when shopping online.
Their staff provided me with a wealth of information and detail about their products, making it simple to locate the boots that I was looking for. they delivered just as they have promised.
I want to thank you and your team for all of your assistance; we received the boots today and are very pleased with them. They fit great and feel very warm and comfortable. Perfect for my Chicago winter!
