I wanted a perfect gift for my younger brother. I ordered a Reebok workout plus and converse Chuck Taylor All Star from this company. The delivery was prompt, but the shoes were too wide for my brother's feet. I wanted to return the shoes, but when I contacted the customer service support team they didn't bother about my complaint.I sent more than ten emails but none was replied to. I was so frustrated and I decided to just let go, wear the shoes and get another gift for my brother. I was very disappointed that they don't care about their customers, nor do they honor their return policy.. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A DISASTER!
