I ordered two sets of tracksuits for my girl only to receive an email a few days later that they regretted that the designs were out of stock. I called several times and each time, I would be disconnected. I resorted to sending an email seeking explanation and the way forward but the only email I got was generic. They said they would respond in a while but they never did. Four days later I called again, the same trend and no reply to the emails. I wondered if there was no customer care support team to help address customers issues. After few more attempts I was lucky to talk to the customer care manager. I did not want to hear anything about the exchange, or what I wanted was a refund. I had a tough time trying to get my money back but I finally did. This company has very poor customer service.
