What reviewers often mention

🎯

Service quality

Many reviews mention staff by name for sorting payment, missing-item and account problems quickly. Another group of complaints points to parcels that never arrive, shipments that go missing, and dispatches that run late. Some customers say they waited a long time for answers, or got no response about returns and refunds.

💰

Value for money

Some reviewers call the items well priced and comfortable enough for all-day wear. Others say fabric quality and sizing issues lowered the value. A repeated complaint is being charged for delivery or returns even when service has gone wrong.

User experience

A few reviews describe the website as easy to use and simple to navigate. Occasional comments mention an unstable app and a duplicate payment at checkout. Compared with service and fulfilment, usability comes up far less often.

🔧

Product quality

Several customers praise shoe comfort, support and solid build quality. Others report low-quality clothing, wrong sizing and items that do not wash well. These mixed product experiences show up repeatedly across reviews.

📞

Communication

Many customers highlight fast, polite replies and tracking help from named staff. A strong negative theme describes missing shipping confirmations, automated replies and weak follow-up on refunds. Communication swings between hands-on support and what customers describe as silence.

Overall experience

Reviews split between very positive one-to-one support and strong frustration with fulfilment and refunds. Good products and helpful staff sit alongside repeated operational problems that drive many low ratings. Outcomes often come down to whether a capable agent steps in.

Smittney 4/5

As my feet are on the wide side, I normally had difficulty finding shoes that fit right and would accept the padding I needed. With the Ricochet pointed toe ankle sock boot in green painted knit, though, I had no trouble getting more room in the width while still retaining support thanks to a patented technology. This was paired with a padded collar that made sure that my foot was comfortable all day long. I love the Ricochet Pointed Toe Ankle Sock Boot, the shoes are comfortable and sexy. I have always loved Ricochet because they have very unique, funky, cool clothes that I love to wear on my dates with my friends.
