"I was so excited to order the door hinges and locks that I had been eyeing for almost three months. I thought I would save time and money by buying online. Their customer service team was friendly and keen on details . I received exactly what I asked for. The pricing, wide range of products to choose from, and quality were great. However, I have an issue with how they do the shipment.My order took longer than expected and this really ruined my plans. I had to miss work waiting for the delivery for three days. I wish they could just check on the delivery process and everything about them would be super."
