When they finally responded, the salesperson was very unprofessional on how he approached the matter. To me, it appears they do not care at all about customer service or business ethics. It was very disappointing as the return trip took too long and when I received the seeds, the rain had stopped. I had to keep them for a few months awaiting favorable weather conditions for planting. I would not recommend it!
