I recently bought 4 x 6 FENCE PANELS. I wasn't sure of their quality, so I sent an email inquiring with the company. Unfortunately, they didn't reply. It was a little annoying but this happened to me before with other companies so that's not the issue at hand. My real issue was with the way their attendant looked at me as if I was speaking another language. When I called, she spoke as if she were reciting a script and quickly handed me off to another associate who was more understanding. However, when I asked my second round of questions about their products, the second attendant said he wouldn't answer any more questions until I ordered the product from them. He kept saying that he couldn't answer any more questions unless we started a deal then I could ask all the questions that I wanted!
