One year plus and the Milano Alpha - Anthracite Horizontal Designer Radiator I bought for my parents still works fine. I was hesitant about buying such a product online but I decided to take a risk to keep dad and mum warm during the cold season. I would love to say that I loved the customer service, the prices and delivery. The radiator was delivered on time and installing it was also simple. There were instructions and I could easily access the technician for help. The quality has proved to be top-notch.. It has never failed and it continues to work perfectly fine. I’m happy I bought it from Best Heating Company.
