They have been helpful in every way. I remember at one time I became sick while on my trip and they made the process so easy and fast. This really impressed me and gave me a valid reason for continued use of their plans. However, in the last two months I have had a different experience with them. They really frustrated me that I almost looked for an alternative insurance cover provider.
