High-quality, fresh cheeses arrived as a satisfying gift; highly recommended.

Many reviewers mention ignored messages and substitutions made without approval. Other customers describe quick refunds or replacements and helpful staff.

High-quality, fresh cheeses arrived as a satisfying gift; highly recommended.
“No faults with delivery, all arrived fresh.”
Order never delivered due to processing fault; slow customer service response.

“have had no response to multiple phone messages left and emails since 24th December”
Order substitutions and poor chilled packaging left cheeses warm and squidgy.
“the cheese was at "room" temperature”
Service experiences split sharply. Many reviewers describe fast, helpful support that fixed ordering or delivery mistakes. Others report missed deliveries and support they could not reach.
A small number of reviews question the value, calling subscriptions poor value or more expensive than expected. Praise for value is rare and is usually linked to product quality rather than price alone.
Several reviewers mention billing confusion and trouble cancelling orders. A few received products with short use-by dates and flagged this as a usability issue. These complaints appear less often than delivery and communication problems.
Most positive reviews highlight flavour, variety, and hampers that arrived well packed. A recurring set of negative reviews mentions melted or warm items, short-dated products, or supermarket cheeses sent as substitutes. Complaints repeatedly point to packaging that did not keep the cheese chilled.
Many reviews describe emails and phone calls going unanswered once problems started. Several customers report substitutions made without approval and compensation being refused. A smaller number mention quick replies and clear fixes.
Feedback is strongly polarised: some customers rate orders highly for excellent cheese and responsive fixes, while others report non-delivery, spoilage, and ignored complaints. Several cases show quick resolution, but the same failures recur often enough to shape overall views.

“delivery service appalling.”
The only way I would have maintained a continued supply of cheese in my house was by registering for Pong Cheese monthly subscriptions. This has worked perfectly well for the last five months. I usually receive welsh cheese namely:Golden Cenarth, Green Thunder and Black Bomber Cheddar. They have unique flavors, are cost effective and everyone seems to enjoy every bite. My loyalty has also been attributed to the great customer service and fast deliveries. However, i was frustrated by the delays last month. The delivery was late by a week and they never cared to notify me. I had to reach out to them which pissed me off.
