My order (treatment for my son's watery eye) and the difficulties I was having placing it were addressed by email, and your managing director took the time to call me as soon as he received the email and resolve my issues on the spot, which I considered to be excellent service for which I am grateful.
As a result of being able to obtain his therapies, my son's eyes are now in excellent condition.
