"Been doing my shopping online for some time now and I have never been more frustrated than I was last month. I ordered an O'Neal Dirt Lid Plain Youth Bicycle Helmet for my son from this company but I received nothing close to it. I received an adult O'Neal Fury Rapid helmet. We were so disappointed, especially my son who was so eager to see the new helmet. On the same day, I tried reaching out to the customer care service via calls and email but there was no response. The following day I did the same and after making several calls, I was lucky and I explained my issue. I was told to hold on, as the custom care rep would talk to me. It never happened. Though I finally got a replacement, the return process was very stressful and something I dread from that day."
