We booked Titan Travel company for our vacation and drama started from the beginning. The first agent gave us the run around and we waited forever for some one to assist us. We even left to check out other agencies and finally we returned to the counter. Another employee said she was the only one who could help us and she acted as if we were wasting her time. We finally decided to go elsewhere and we left. There was no urgency in their attitude as if they had nothing else to do with their time. Not a promising outlook on our vacation at all.
