Was charged but did not receive a voucher and refund was refused.
“they charged my credit card and refused to offer a refund.”
Review content shows a clear pattern: booking and interface usability are frequently praised, with many customers describing fast, straightforward transactions. However, recurring issues appear around billing, refunds and service delivery — examples include unexpected extra charges and at least one report of a voucher not being delivered. Communication is inconsistent: some customers report rapid, effective helpline support while others cite missing emails or no-shows. Consumers considering Musement should double-check payment totals, confirm pickup or voucher delivery, and keep booking emails and payment receipts until the experience is complete.

I AM DISAPPOINTED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
I was able to get unlimited trips to SeaWorld Orlando as well as free parking by using Musement.
The tickets were billed to me and I was given a confirmation number.
I only had to wait for my voucher for four hours in all. It was never received.
When I checked my email the next morning, it said, "We're sorry, but those tickets are no longer available."
Despite this, they charged my credit card and refused to offer a refund.
How come the tickets are no longer available, despite the fact that they were confirmed more than 2 4 hours ago?
