Some reviewers say the tours were enjoyable and the on-site staff helpful. Others report ticketing problems, including QR codes that did not cover paid entries and purchased tickets that never arrived.
Several customers report quick fixes after calling the helpline about technical or booking problems. Others describe weak communication from third-party suppliers and refusals to change or cancel bookings after errors.

I AM DISAPPOINTED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
I was able to get unlimited trips to SeaWorld Orlando as well as free parking by using Musement.
The tickets were billed to me and I was given a confirmation number.
I only had to wait for my voucher for four hours in all. It was never received.
When I checked my email the next morning, it said, "We're sorry, but those tickets are no longer available."
Despite this, they charged my credit card and refused to offer a refund.
How come the tickets are no longer available, despite the fact that they were confirmed more than 2 4 hours ago?
