First time user found the site straightforward and efficient.
“found it very straightforward and efficient.”
Reviews fall into two clear patterns. Several people praise quick, efficient help and cases where staff sorted issues fast. Others report refunds left unresolved, help refused, and bookings cancelled without compensation.
Some reviewers say they found good deals and accurate availability compared with competitors. Others say it cost more than booking direct and say they would not use the service again. Both positive pricing comments and reports of higher costs appear.
Several users call the website straightforward, efficient, and easy to navigate. One-off comments say the site was misleading or that tickets could not be added to a digital wallet. Positive usability notes appear more often than the single complaint.
One review criticised the gift card selection. No other product-quality problems show up. That makes the criticism a standalone comment.
Many reviewers highlight missing confirmation emails and messages that never got a reply. Several say they could not reach anyone before shows and suspected scams. A few mention slow responses rather than no response at all.
The sample splits sharply between high-rated, smooth bookings and low-rated reviews describing missing tickets and lost money. Positive accounts of efficient service sit alongside scam accusations and long refund waits. The gap between these outcomes stands out.

I have never been disappointed like I was on this day. I had planned a surprise for my wife and kids but it never happened. I contacted the BOX OFFICE and bought 5 tickets for theatre entrance. The sales lady confirmed to me that there were available seats . Before we left home I contacted the customer care of the theatre and they told me that there were no seats available for my group. I was so disappointed, but then I found out that they had sold my tickets to someone else without my knowledge. I contacted the salesperson at BOX OFFICE again wanting to know what had happened. She could not explain it, instead, she hanged up on me. The following day I reached out to them again, this time the customer service rep picked and I explained my case. He was very apologetic, solved my issue and promised to take action.
