I had a positive experience with this tour company. I reserved my Italy tours in February to have it in June. No doubt that the price was good and so I decided to go by this agency and booked for Sicily and Venice. For the Venice trip, I asked for an upgrade in the hotel because some of my colleagues could not make it and they accepted. Also I found that Exodus is not only a tour operator but also a travel agency which offers other travel services like flight tickets, hotels and insurance.
