I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of Cotswolds Hideaways' holiday cottages and I am pleased to report that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the process was seamless and hassle-free.

The website offered an extensive range of over 120 luxury self-catering properties in The Cotswolds. The booking system itself was simple and user-friendly, making it easy for me to find the perfect property for my needs. The confirmation email containing all necessary information arrived promptly and made everything crystal clear.

The cottage itself exceeded all expectations - elegantly designed with tasteful decor throughout. The facilities provided were top-notch, every corner was spotless clean including linens which ensured a comfortable stay. Additionally, there were thoughtful touches such as fresh flowers on arrival and premium toiletries that were much appreciated.

During our stay, their customer service team remained accessible via phone or email if we had any queries or concerns; something they place great emphasis on according to their website's 'Customer Service' page.

All in all, I found this hidden gem extremely good value-for-money considering its prime location within one of UK’s prettiest villages nestled amidst rolling countryside just waiting to be explored!
