I wouldn't trust them in handling my annual winter karting trip next year.My friend also went to book LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Breaks with them, but the break didn't materialize. It has taken a whole century for the refund and she is at the verge of giving up on receiving the money back. I should have stuck to the reputable companies in the start. I don’t recommend the company at all.
