Flight cancelled and refunds/compensation were delayed or not received.
“I don’t recommend the company at all.”
One review describes a cancelled flight and refunds and compensation that were delayed or not received. That same review gives a relatively high numeric rating, which clashes with the written complaint. With no other reviews, it is not possible to tell whether this was a one-off issue or a repeated problem.

Flight cancelled and refunds/compensation were delayed or not received.
“I don’t recommend the company at all.”
Only one review points to problems after booking. The complaint centres on what happened after a change, not on booking details or services during the trip.
Despite the complaint about money owed, the numeric rating suggests the reviewer still saw value. Refunds or compensation are mentioned only in this single review.
The written comment is clearly negative about the company. No other reviews are available to add context or show different experiences.
No review comments on accommodation standards, transport condition, or the quality of activities. The available content does not allow an assessment of the product itself.
The review points to a breakdown after the incident, either in follow-up contact or in processing payment. This issue appears in only one review.
There is only one mixed signal: a positive numeric score alongside negative written feedback. With so little input, overall satisfaction cannot be generalised.
For each review, the core experience based on original source reviews.

I'll never go back to them. My builder last year booked a Christian Break with Budget Family Breaks for the whole family, however, the flight was cancelled, despite making an insurance claim, still didn't get compensated. I wouldn't trust them in handling my annual winter karting trip next year.My friend also went to book LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Breaks with them, but the break didn't materialize. It has taken a whole century for the refund and she is at the verge of giving up on receiving the money back. I should have stuck to the reputable companies in the start. I don’t recommend the company at all.
