Company went bust and failed to contact customers left out of pocket.
“365tickets has gone bust.”
Reviews split between customers who praise low prices, fast delivery, and helpful agents, and those who report refused refunds, invalid tickets, and no reply. The most common complaints mention refunds denied after cancellations and poor communication from support. Positive comments often point to easy online booking, combo deals, and, in some cases, polite staff. Overall, the feedback contrasts smooth purchases with unresolved issues after the sale.

Company went bust and failed to contact customers left out of pocket.
“365tickets has gone bust.”
Purchased tickets but email link shows 404 and tickets unavailable.
“link shared on email is throwing a 404 error!”
They provided discounted concert tickets and I enjoyed the experience.
“All of the experience I have had online with this company has been great so far.”
They extended ticket validity and were polite and professional.
“Ability to extend validity of our tickets is perfect.”
Many reviews describe refused refunds, long delays, and staff who came across as rude or did not respond after cancellations. A smaller group reports quick, polite, professional agents who extended ticket validity or offered credits. Most comments focus on problems after purchase rather than during booking.
Many reviewers point to low prices, combo deals, and faster delivery as clear savings. A smaller number say they felt short-changed when tickets could not be used or refunds were withheld. Positive value comments mainly focus on savings and price comparisons.
Several reviews mention an easy website, a simple purchase process, and clear ticket delivery. Fewer but notable reports describe broken email links, 404 pages, and tickets that were rejected at entry. Feedback includes both smooth checkout and occasional fulfilment problems.
Multiple reviews report ticket issues such as downgraded seats, tickets sold for closed attractions, and printed-ticket re-entry problems. These issues appear repeatedly, though less often than complaints about service and communication. Customers say the problems directly affected whether they could use the tickets they bought.
Many negative reviews cite no replies, no notifications, and no updates after closures or liquidation. Some customers describe good communication, including polite responses and deadline extensions, but these appear less often. Most communication failures relate to post-purchase updates and refund status.
Reviews show a clear split between high-rated purchases and low-rated disputes about refunds and entry. Positive experiences focus on price and an easy buying process. Negative experiences focus on unresolved refunds, unreachable support, and tickets that could not be used.
