"For the last one year, I have been using the Talk mobile 3-month data plan. It has been an amazing experience. The unlimited calls, texts and data. It has worked perfectly well for me especially because of the efficiency. The customer care service has also been too reliable and have always gotten help on time. However, I recently wanted to change to a cheaper plan. Wanted to switch to the 1-month data plan but it was one very stressful process. The customer service team was very unkind. I couldn't understand the change of attitude. Was it because I was switching to a cheaper plan? It took me a month. I was so disappointed that I felt I needed to cancel everything and stop using their services. I’m still thinking about it and will not hesitate to move to another company once I find a better option."
