Many users describe quick SIM ordering and simple account management through the website or app. Multiple reviews mention login problems, difficulty cancelling, and long waits for ticket replies. Several highlight fast number transfers when support responds quickly.
Several reviewers report solid coverage and fast data where they live. A sizeable group reports weak reception, frequent dropouts, and slow speeds elsewhere, including roaming failures. Reviews also mention specific weak-signal situations such as motorhome use and repeated outages in Brighton.

Feedback splits between highly satisfied reviewers praising price and ease of use, and low ratings alleging unauthorised charges and weak support. There are multiple one-star accounts focused on money disputes alongside multiple five-star accounts reporting fault-free service. This gap points to very different outcomes for different customers.

Well, Smarty Company didn't dissappoint me but it did make me leave the store a little surprised at its lack of friendliness. They had a great selection of accessories for my phone and contacts, as well as some smart phones I wasn't looking for. The customer service was in desperate need though..This company is rather disorganized and it didn't seem like anyone was in charge even though there were multiple people standing around. I tried speaking with them about 4GB sim deals and they said that they didn't have any available. I recommend this company simply because it is convenient if you're in the area and not because of the service!
