Service was unprofessional, with poor adverts and chaotic communication.
“Communication was chaotic at best.”
Reviews show a clear split in experiences. Many customers praise individual Yopa agents for responsiveness, punctuality and fast sales, with examples of properties selling quickly and at or above asking price. However, several detailed complaints highlight issues such as poor photos, advert errors, cancelled or rescheduled viewings, and inconsistent follow-up. If you consider Yopa, review recent feedback for the specific local agent, ask about advertising and viewing procedures, and clarify payment or contract terms before committing.

Some sellers report strong outcomes (full asking price or higher), while others complain about mandatory fees or limited effort under certain payment models.
The app experience is praised in one review as responsive and intuitive, while a few comments note process friction (call routing and centralised handling).
Comments on deliverables vary: one review praises recommended surveyors, while others criticise photos and advert inaccuracies that misrepresent properties.
Most reviewers highlight fast, clear and regular communication from named agents; a small number report chaotic contact, unread messages and lack of feedback.
Overall impressions are largely positive—many report quick, painless sales—though several detailed negative accounts warn of serious service failures.

For a long time we thought we would sell our 5 bedroom apartment without the help of a real estate agent. It took us four months and we had not gotten a buyer.. Luckily, I came to know about Yopa through a friend. I contacted them , and we planned on when the agent would visit me. He came on the day we had agreed, we discussed everything about the property, how much we wanted to sell it, and the cost of their services. It was favorable and we entered into a deal. I would like to thank them for making the process very easy and stress free. They were always available to answer any of our questions and we were amazed with the amount of viewings we had in such a short period of time and in less than two weeks we had sold the house. We were so impressed with their service.
