Most reviews focus on fulfilment failures. Many describe tickets that never arrived or orders cancelled shortly before the event, leaving customers to find alternatives.
Reviewers mainly complain about money taken without receiving tickets, and about refunds that arrive late, only in part, or not at all. Mentions of full refunds or compensation are rare.
Several accounts describe a messy delivery process and repeated follow-ups with support, leading to travel disruption and extra costs. Only a few mention smooth, straightforward delivery.
Most comments are about non‑delivery and cancellations, not ticket authenticity or seat problems. A small number say tickets arrived and the seats were better than expected.
Reviewers mention phone numbers that do not work, chat that is limited to sales, and email replies that are slow or never come. Several say they could not reach support once an order issue came up.
Overall sentiment is strongly negative, driven by repeated non‑fulfilment and refund problems. A minority report acceptable outcomes such as on‑time tickets or full refunds.
