The magazine has many great recipes. I like the articles about certain foods and the different Countries that have their special cuisine. It is amazing and has a strong influence on my cooking. The recipes are very useful and simple to follow. The magazine has a lot of information about nutrition and weight loss, which can be helpful to people who want to lose weight or lead a healthy lifestyle. I also like how they review different equipment that is helpful in the kitchen, such as pots and pans, food processors, etc., it was amazing how much information they give you. My favorite part was the menu planner, which gives you different menus for any day of the week no matter if it is a holiday or not, which is good for those times when you don't know what to cook. In general I am a fan of this Magazine and all its benefits
