I was in a hurry to deliver an important package. When I went to their website, I asked the customer service about the earliest date when my package would arrive. When she didn't give me any serious responses, I called them twice. They hung up when I started asking when the delivery would take place! I did not get any response at all. I received my parcel 9 days after I ordered it, which is totally unacceptable. I am very disappointed by this company, and will not be ordering from them again. A friend of mine told me about Parcel XYZ, i believe they are more reliable than Parcel ABC, so I will try it next time
