What reviewers often mention

🎯

Service quality

Several reviews describe services stopping suddenly. Reported issues include abrupt redundancies, freelance tutors not being paid, and tutor support ending mid-course.

💰

Value for money

Some reviewers say they lost course fees and did not receive a refund. Reviews mention specific amounts, and one reviewer says they recovered money through PayPal as an exception.

User experience

Students report being locked out, unable to progress, and waiting on final assignments that were delayed or never marked. A few mention flexible, supportive tuition, but these comments are rare compared with the negatives.

🔧

Product quality

Reviewers report uneven marking and technical problems that affected coursework submissions. Some say the level of tutor support advertised during sales was not what they received.

📞

Communication

Communication breakdowns dominate: calls not answered, and emails and chat messages ignored. Multiple reviews mention admin notices or the provider still selling courses while student questions went unanswered.

Overall experience

Most reviews describe negative experiences focused on lost access, fees not returned, and support stopping. Overall, frequent low ratings contrast with one high-rated review highlighting strong tutor support.

Peter 5/5

I would like to give five stars for Oxbridge Home Learning, a UK based educational center where I took my International Baccalaureate Diploma course. It has a team of friendly and supportive educators that are well qualified. They offered me flexible payment options, taught me at my own pace, trained me how to study effectively and gave timely feedbacks. OHL also offers free follow up sessions in order for us to be able to apply what we learned to the real world. This company's belief is that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, has a right to gain the best possible education. I recommend them!
