What reviewers often mention

🎯

Service quality

Many reviewers describe Hussle staff as friendly and quick to solve problems once contacted. Several say billing or access errors were put right within hours after helpful back-and-forth. Fewer accounts point to delays caused by partner gyms or reception processes rather than Hussle’s response.

💰

Value for money

Many reviews point to clear savings from day passes, employer discounts and flexible memberships versus direct gym contracts. A smaller group flags value problems, including cancelled passes without a refund, missing bonus credits and the view that some venues cost less when booked directly.

User experience

Many customers say check-in via passcodes is simple, and the app or website makes it easy to try different gyms. Many separate complaints mention payment issues, Apple Pay being removed, passes showing as already used and a website that “hardly works,” all of which block booking or entry. A few users still report needing to queue at reception for daily access even with subscriptions.

🔧

Product quality

Several reviews say partner gyms don’t always offer the services advertised, and some facilities such as steam rooms or jacuzzis were out of order. Others highlight access to high-end UK gyms and the option to book classes at participating venues, showing differences between partners.

📞

Communication

Many complaints mention emails going unanswered and voucher or charge questions left unresolved, including one report of an unauthorised charge with no reply. Other reviewers describe support moving quickly on specific billing mistakes when they managed to reach the team. Voucher expiry and slow replies come up repeatedly in complaints.

Overall experience

Reviews split to the extremes: many five-star posts focus on flexibility, variety and savings, while many one-star posts describe technical breakdowns and poor communication. The negative comments often involve problems that stop gym access or refunds, creating clear frustration for those affected.

Sarai Bogan 4/5

I recently tried Hussle, and I must say I'm impressed by their flexible gym membership options. Their passes allow me to access thousands of gyms across the UK without being tied down to any contract. This level of flexibility is exactly what I was looking for as a customer who wasn't quite certain about committing to a specific gym.

What stood out for me was how easy it was to find gyms near me using their platform. All I had to do was enter my postcode, and they presented me with several choices in my area that met my preferences for equipment and facilities. And because there are so many participating gyms, even when one facility doesn't have what I need or want at a particular time, there always seem to be other great options just around the corner.

The app allowed me check locations on-the-go very quickly using Google Maps then after arriving at the new gym the receptionists were informed straight away(took max10 seconds). There is never any waiting involved which made everything simple - no extra steps necessary.

Overall, Hussle's offering is perfect if you're someone like myself who likes variety but dislikes commitment! Highly recommended service!
