I needed to swap my car insurance recently as my premium had gone up and the deal I was offered elsewhere was a better deal. I rang GEM Motoring Assist and got a quote right away. In order to find the cover with the best price, I called several different companies. As GEM seemed like they could do it all over the phone, this time I rang them first. The customer service advisers were so polite; they read through my policy thoroughly and even answered some of my queries. I have always been pleased with their customer service as they always ask if it's ok to call me before they do, unlike other companies.
