I recently completed the online food hygiene at CPD Online College. As a professional chef and a mother, I really desire to learn more and in detail how well I can maintain hygiene in matters of food. The local colleges did not offer the course and I had no choice but to register for an online program. After a while I bumped into this college and I was excited about the programs. The cost, the ease of registration and it was good to start learning. The whole process was easy, enjoyable and the tutors were available to answer all the questions. After a successful completion, I thought I would get my certificate the following as they have stated on their website. I waited for the email, and the second day passed with nothing. On the third day, I contacted the college seeking an explanation on the delay. The lady on the phone was very apologetic that the delay had been caused by system failures but they worked hard to award us our certificates and the same evening, it was in my email.
