The cost, the ease of registration and it was good to start learning. The whole process was easy, enjoyable and the tutors were available to answer all the questions. After a successful completion, I thought I would get my certificate the following as they have stated on their website. I waited for the email, and the second day passed with nothing. On the third day, I contacted the college seeking an explanation on the delay. The lady on the phone was very apologetic that the delay had been caused by system failures but they worked hard to award us our certificates and the same evening, it was in my email.
