Reviews vary sharply on support. Some users describe fast, effective help with routine faults. Many others say technical support was slow or missing once devices started failing.
Several customers say they lost money after the service interruption and asked for refunds. A smaller group felt the system cost less than alternatives while still doing what they needed. Reports repeatedly mention payments they could not recover.
Some users report an unstable app and keypad errors that stopped them from arming the system. Others describe sensors that did not detect activity or systems that never worked. A number of long-term users say it ran consistently without trouble until later issues.
Accounts of hardware reliability are mixed. Some reviewers call the alarm generally dependable, with the occasional bug. Others describe repeated malfunctions that left the system unusable.
Many reviewers say they were not contacted directly about insolvency or service changes. Some found out through online forums and social media. Several mention emails and letters going unanswered for a long time.
Feedback splits between satisfied users and serious negative outcomes. Positive comments highlight reliable alarms and effective support. Negative accounts focus on the service stopping, systems becoming unusable, and financial loss.

My wireless alarm system has really lived up to its specification courtesy of Boundary company. I purchased my very own alarm system after doing extensive research online. The reviews were positive pointing out this is an economical solution for home security. I chose a package with a radar device and a self-testing GSM/Handset unit, but there are various other combinations available - from simply a user-friendly. It was the best decision I have made for my safety. It is much cheaper than other companies and has all the functions needed. If anyone needs a security system in their home or for their car, I'd like to recommend Boundary and hope this review will help them make their decisions easier.
