Appleyard has always been a fantastic company to deal with. I've used them for years now and am always impressed by the speed of delivery and the beautiful, fresh flowers at affordable prices. Everything has always been excellent , from customer service, ordering and delivery . This time though there was an issue with the courier company. Appleyard not only let me know immediately, but they also helped me resolve the issue by contacting the courier directly. They followed up until the delivery was made. Their customer service is top notch. I would definitely order again and recommend them to anyone looking for flowers.
