I was out of town to attend a dear friend's wedding. I needed a place to keep my gifts, so I searched for an online shop where I could buy something useful. The search took me to the Yes I Want It website. There were various goods for sale. I selected a box for gifting. Although the product description seemed to be quite simple, it had impressed me due to its cheap price. When the box arrived, I found it bulky and hard to transport more than one item at the time. The other problems that I encountered are: the lid of the box came off in transit; the drawers inside are too small; the hardware on the drawers is not good quality and I wasn't able to put them back in properly. I have been following for a refund but haven't heard anything yet. Hoping to get a positive answer from your side.
