Reviewer was unknowingly signed up for a subscription and felt scammed.
“Two emails received to say thank you for signing up to the subscription!”
Reviews show two clear patterns: a substantial number of customers report fast delivery, good packaging and products that meet expectations, while a distinct subset report unexpected subscription or membership charges and contact difficulties. Several reviews cite specific billing amounts and trial-to-subscription practices, and others describe faulty items or transit damage with unresolved refund requests. If you consider buying, check the checkout for optional memberships, retain order confirmations and monitor card statements for unfamiliar charges. Use card protections and contact your bank if you see unauthorised payments; if possible, confirm cancellation steps and read terms before completing payment.

I was out of town to attend a dear friend's wedding. I needed a place to keep my gifts, so I searched for an online shop where I could buy something useful. The search took me to the Yes I Want It website. There were various goods for sale. I selected a box for gifting. Although the product description seemed to be quite simple, it had impressed me due to its cheap price. When the box arrived, I found it bulky and hard to transport more than one item at the time. The other problems that I encountered are: the lid of the box came off in transit; the drawers inside are too small; the hardware on the drawers is not good quality and I wasn't able to put them back in properly. I have been following for a refund but haven't heard anything yet. Hoping to get a positive answer from your side.
