In our family, this has been described as the best wine. Everyone enjoys a glass after dinner or after a long day at work. My dad likes it more when it is served chilly. It's for this reason that mum has always made sure she orders more before the last four bottles are over. Since she started ordering from Vinatis, she has been talking about their customer service that is polite, fast delivery, ease in payments, great prices and discounts. This time round, she was not excited when the 3 boxes were delivered. Her face showed disappointment. When I asked her about it, she asked me to see what had been delivered. It was another brand. Immediately we contacted the customer care, she said she did not know how the error came about but she really apologized and advised us on the return process. Few days later, my mum was happy again after receiving her Chenin blanc white wine.
