Not only did they deliver promptly, but the quality of the products themselves exceeded all expectations. Their customer service team were helpful when I called them up regarding recommendations for which type of e-liquid should be best suited to me as someone who is relatively new to vaping - they patiently explained my options so well that it really made choosing much more simple than before.
