I ordered my curtains on July 2nd, and it is now July 20th, and I still haven't received them.
I've written them multiple messages inquiring about the status of my order, but they haven't answered any of them.
I'm not sure if they're ignoring my messages on purpose or if they're just bad at customer service.
After some weeks they decided to send my order and I'm not happy.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, but I was swayed by their low prices. I tried to return it, but they refused, and I now have a very cheap bedspread that I will not use. I assume it is easier for them to retain it and have me as a bad rating.
