I placed an order for 2 sets of locks with Delux Door. When I got the package I was confused to see that they sent me two of everything instead of the 4 locks that I ordered. I called the customer support to let them know about their mistake. They told me that they would send me another set of locks out but before that, they wanted to talk with their supervisor, who happened to be on leave at that time. At some point,he was rude when I insisted that I wanted to talk to the supervisor. It's a shame how they treat their customers. I just want to warn people about the horrible customer service that they have, because I would never order from them again.
