"customer service. The first time I used their site it was fast, the layout makes it easy to navigate and pick the right items. The deliveries have been so fast and I have never had issues with their services. However, I identified some gaps during my last purchase. The ordering process took longer and when the leggings arrived, I had to return them. The colors and sizes were different from what I had ordered. They apologized though and after five days , I had the right items. I am happy that the return process was hassle free, the leggings are beautiful and quality is fine."
