I really like this bag.
The material is heavy duty, and the customer service was excellent; Jessie walked me through the entire process before I could make my purchase. I also appreciated the quality and standard packaging, which has drawings on both sides; one side shows the front and back sides of the bag; the bag's strap is comfortable and does not dig into the shoulder as most do; and it is lightweight, yet strong; all in all, I was pleased with my purchase.
I really like the colors in this collection, and I've already purchased two of them.
