The quality of the fabric is stated to be of the highest quality if you are looking for a warm weather sheet. Recommended for year round use at home in most climates with low to medium heat. The sheet will shrink about 10% approximately after washed the first time. Very little ironing needed. It is super comfortable silky smooth sheet that is breathable and doesn't require high thread count to feel soft & comfortable.
