I read the reviews and decided to take a chance and order a pair of shoes from Savannahs.
Unfortunately, I was sent a pair of shoes that were faulty (the soles were glued together).
By email, I reached out to customer service, who informed me that they would not be able to either refund my purchase or send me a replacement.
They stated that it was up to the manufacturer to deal with the situation.
This is a website that I would not recommend ordering from, and if you do and you receive a defective product, don't expect them to assist you!
