In‑store staff were friendly, helpful, and offered a discount.
“friendly helpful staff showed me all options and discount on my purchase”
Shoppers often praise helpful in-store staff and the occasional discount. Most online orders draw complaints about low-quality fabric and inconsistent sizing. Many reviews mention expensive or difficult returns, plus slow or missing refunds. Several customers also report checkout failures and no response through online contact channels.

Most service complaints focus on what happens after an online purchase. Reviews describe cancelled orders, refunds that take too long, and having to pay to return items. Positive in-store service comes up at times, but far less often than online service problems.
Value for money is often rated poorly, with reports of cheap or synthetic fabrics and items that don’t match the listing. Several reviewers connect weak materials and sloppy finishing to not being worth the price. A few mention in-store discounts, but these comments are rare.
Reviewers repeatedly mention checkout glitches and problems getting order confirmation. Many accounts also point to delivery delays, missing items, and cancelled orders. In-person shopping is mentioned less often and is usually described more positively.
Product quality issues dominate: thin fabric, loose threads, poor finishing, incorrect items, and uneven sizing show up again and again. Several customers say what arrived didn’t match the photos or descriptions online. Very few reviews describe the quality as acceptable.
Many customers say support is hard to reach, replies don’t come, and there’s no phone number to call. Some describe the company as going quiet after complaints or returns. A few highlight helpful in-store staff, but online communication problems are the main theme.
Feedback splits between occasional positive in-store service and broadly negative online experiences. Most online reviews focus on disappointing products, difficult returns, and poor communication. A handful of good experiences doesn’t offset the number of negative accounts.

I am writing this review regarding the brown jogging pants I ordered from Sage Clothing Company and were brought in a not quite right shape. After placing my order for brown jogging pants I found them in bad shape (paint spilled on them, the waist was too high). Sage Clothing company refused to give me a refund or send another pair of pants. I want to warn everyone that the Sage Clothing company is cheating and dishonest. They sent me the goods in very bad condition: stitched frayed and torn, sewn crooked and beige instead of green and black (color and style I chose). I would like to draw your attention to this matter.
