But now I'm out of points, and they haven't responded to my emails.
I ordered a sister kitchen scissors last month with the expectation of receiving it in two weeks; however, I received no answer to my emails or phone calls.
PS- Try responding to your customers' calls or emails to explain what is going on; we are all humans and understand if there is an issue.
