I bought a cordless drill from Roberts Dyas firm, which arrived in fantastic shape.

I had a few queries concerning the goods and decided to contact them.

I was put on to a really helpful young lady who was able to answer my inquiries and send me in the direction of extra parts.

I've since looked at their website and have found it quite straightforward to use.

Just as I thought, you folks beat me to it.

I was about to make a long post describing how to assemble drill spare parts, and it appears like you already did.
