If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 30 days of receiving it. For the products to be eligible for a return, they must be unused, and in the same condition it was received. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned. Once your return is received, it will be inspected, and an email will be sent to you to notify you whether your return has been accepted or rejected. The standard price for shipping is £2.95 for orders in south wales. 24-hour tracked shipping is also available for £4.95 for orders under 2kg and £7.95 for orders over 2kg.
