The Rattan Direct products I had previously purchased had all met my expectations, However, I just ordered a 3 seater Rattan Garden Sofa Set in Grey and had a slight issue with one of the seats.
I contacted Rattan Direct and spoke with their personnel, all of whom were really helpful, particularly Andrew, who has been more kind, and the issue was fixed almost promptly.
Furniture arrived quite fast, was carefully packaged, and appeared to be in perfect condition throughout.
And I cannot wait for the arrival of spring to make me even happier.
I highly recommend Rattan Direct for any one looking for gorgeous furniture.
