Rather than calling their customer service department, I decided to write an email to their customer service department instead. I'm pleased I did because my brief email exchange with Laura assisted me in swiftly locating the toner cartridge I needed.

Aside from that, she directed me in the direction of a discount code, which resulted in my placing two orders with them.

Client service that is unrivaled in the industry.
