NEW YORK BLAZE EXTENDABLE DINING SET

I’m disappointed at how this company handles customers. After placing an order for NEW YORK BLAZE EXTENDABLE DINING SET I received a totally different set. Reason being the latter was not available. I was very unhappy and contacted the customer care service rep for an explanation as to why they decided to send a different package without notifying me. I was surprised how unapologetic he was. He asked me to write an email requesting for a refund and the process of return and refund was daunting. Though I finally got my refund, I regretted ordering from them. I cant recommend to anyone!
