I bought a Hazel Retro Floor Lamp from your Company, but I'm not sure it is the exact piece that is described. To my horror, I discovered once the package was opened that it was completely different from what was described online. It looks like a cheap knockoff of the original. I think it's going to break quickly! All i can say is that the lamp was substandard and fragile. I returned it and yet to get a refund. Apparently, my money is stuck with them until they come up with a decent replacement. It's frustrating and I wouldn't want anyone to go through this experience.
