Because I was not provided with a tracking number for the product I ordered on the 7th of September, it is hard for me to know when it was dispatched. I am quite disappointed.

Furthermore, I have no idea what time it was placed on my premises or where it was left.

On Sunday, 20th, I happened to bump into the parcel, which had been abandoned in the garden and was dripping wet at the time.

Ordering from Ology32 in the future if given a chance for me, and if it were feasible, I would choose another shipping method than Hermes to avoid the risk of receiving a faulty product.
