Nomow Limited has been great in every way. Staff who are kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our ordered samples arrived fast and in good condition, complete with literature and information.
We chose them because one of their artificial grasses resembled real grass, was of great quality and was competitively priced. We placed our purchase on a specific day, which was not difficult because they supply from a large stock holding.
However, during the fitting, we discovered a serious problem! We panicked because most businesses today strive to avoid accepting responsibility. But not, Nomow Limited!
They took charge of the situation and resolved it fast and satisfactorily.
There are no arguments, and we are generating the least amount of inconvenience.
I was astounded by their candor, helpfulness, and adaptability and would recommend them without hesitation.
